On June 2, 2017, the Ysrael family sold the company to Core Tech Investments and we are now combined to be the largest real estate management company on Guam. Core Tech is also one of Guam's fastest growing companies and continuous to diversify in property development and management.

Core Tech has managed hundreds of rentals since 1991 and expanded its footprint to thousands beginning in 2007 with the opening of its subsidiary, Core Tech Development (CTD).
